Rotary vane vacuum pump

   Rotary vane vacuum pump is an oil sealed mechanical vacuum pump, which is one of the most important vacuum pump equipment in vacuum technology. The rotary vane vacuum pump can remove the dry gas in the sealed container, and a certain amount of condensable gas can be removed if the gas ballast equipment is attached. But it is not suitable for pumping out gases with high oxygen content, corrosive to metal, chemical reaction to pump oil and dust particles. There are single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump and two-stage vacuum pump.

  Rotary vane vacuum pump is a kind of positive displacement pump. With the help of rotary vane, it continuously runs in the pump cavity, sucks and extrudes the gas, and finally discharges it from the exhaust pipe. The pump is mainly composed of stator, rotor and vane. The rotor is eccentrically installed into the stator cavity. There are two blades in the rotor slot, and the blade spring is placed between the two blades. The intake and exhaust pipes on the stator are separated into two parts by the rotor and the vane.
When the rotor rotates in the stator cavity, the end of the rotor slides close to the inner wall of the pump cavity under the combined action of spring tension and centrifugal force. It periodically expands the volume of the cavity at the air inlet side and sucks in gas. In addition, it slowly reduces the volume of the exhaust pipe, extrudes the absorbed gas, and then discharges it from the exhaust pipe to achieve the effect of air extraction.
